We’ll work through the birth you’re hoping for, your options and preferences, any questions or worries, and what you and your partner can focus on now to feel prepared and confident going into birth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Select the date you would like your bag to arrive. We recommend 36 weeks gestation, which gives you time to practise with the tools before your due date and takes the hire period up to 42 weeks for babies arriving later. If you are expecting twins or would like more time to practise, you can book earlier. The standard hire period is six weeks and can be extended for $10 per week.
You can cancel your booking up to one week before your hire date by emailing contact@thebirthbag.com. Because The Birth Method is unlocked immediately on purchase, a $129 course fee is retained on cancellation if the program has been accessed. If you have not accessed The Birth Method at the time of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If your bag has already shipped, please contact us to discuss your options.
When you complete your booking you will be asked to create an account. Save your login details and use them to access The Birth Method Members Hub. Access will be granted within 24 hours of purchase.
Yes. Select the purchase option to keep the hire items rather than return them. The Bag will only include brand new products and the TENs machine comes with a manufacturer's warranty. We can help you order additional pads for the TENs if you would like to reuse the machine for future births.
