Refund policy

If you have pre-booked a hire and would like to cancel it before it has shipped, please contact us at contact@thebirthbag.com. We are happy to cancel any bookings prior to shipping. If you have accessed The Birth Method online course, then a $129 training fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the standalone course. Please note that we cannot refund orders after they are shipped, as they include personal goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives, including testing the TENs machine and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can check and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
The hire bag cannot be returned for a refund but we understand birth plans change and you have the option to cancel your order before it has shipped. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@thebirthbag.com.
