Built around the physiology of birth. Learn what matters, prepare as a team, and feel ready for the decisions labour may bring.
Inside The Birth Method
Birth is a physiological event, and this program starts there. You learn how your hormones work, how your nervous system responds, how your baby navigates the pelvis, and what this means for the decisions and techniques that follow. This is holistic preparation, built around how birth actually works rather than how we hope it will go. And because every birth is different, this program helps you understand your own body, your own options, and your own birth.
This program turns understanding into preparation. You watch, you practise with the tools, you repeat. The techniques make sense because you understand the physiology behind them. The decisions feel manageable because you have already thought them through. By the time labour starts, you are not hoping you remember what you read. You know what to do because you have already done it.
To labour well, you need to feel safe. Safe enough to surrender to the process, to stop thinking and start trusting your body. That safety comes from the people around you. This program prepares your support person to be that steady presence. Not just someone who is there, but someone who knows what is happening, how to physically support you and how to hold the space so you can go inward.
What is covered
Understanding the physiology of birth is the foundation that makes every technique make sense. How hormones drive labour, how your baby navigates the pelvis, and how your body is designed to work. When you understand the mechanism, you can protect it, support it, and use the tools with purpose.
This module starts with intention. What kind of birth do you want and how do you build toward it. Birth often has its own plan. This module covers the most common decision points so that when they come, you are ready. Birth preferences, induction, caesarean birth, VBAC, and active birth with an epidural.
The weeks after birth shape your recovery more than most women expect. How to plan postpartum before birth so support is already in place. Why the first 40 days matter and how to protect them. The key newborn skills so you feel capable, not overwhelmed.
Downloadable guides, meditations, and further reading. Everything that supports your preparation beyond the videos. Yours to keep and return to throughout pregnancy and beyond.

YOUR DOULA
Built by someone who lived the gap
Rose spent a decade in strategy consulting before training as a doula after her own traumatic first birth. Her second birth was entirely different. The Birth Method is what she built from the gap and learnings between those two experiences.
The Birth Method is included withΒ every hire.
Access begins the moment you book. The bag arrives at 36 weeks. The two are designed to be used together.
