A private one-hour session with me to focus completely on you, your birth and what matters most to you. We’ll talk through the birth you’re hoping for, any questions or worries you have, your options and preferences, and what you and your partner can do now to feel more prepared. You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps for your birth preparation, tailored to you, your baby and where you’re planning to give birth.

Private birth prep & virtual birth support
Everything you and your partner need to walk into birth feeling genuinely ready. The online course is complemented by 2 x 2hr sessions together where we work through your birth preferences, prepare your body, and train your partner directly so that when labour begins, you both know exactly what to do. I am available by phone throughout your pregnancy and labour so you are never without guidance when things come up.

Complete pregnancy, labour & birth support
Complete support from our first meeting through to your first days at home with baby. I am available throughout your pregnancy, preparing with you and your partner, by your side during labour, and with you at home postpartum. Your partner will be trained and ready to support you, making a powerful birth support team. This is complete emotional and physical support through your journey to birth.
